What to expect at your first appointment…

The initial appointment will begin with your clinician conducting a thorough history followed by a full musculoskeletal assessment, individualised treatment and discussion of the treatment plan required to help you achieve your specific goals. You may be asked to actively move during some of the treatment techniques, with continued reassessment and feedback on your progress.

You will leave the appointment with a unique individualised management plan involving exercise prescription with your goals in mind.’

60-minute Initial Appointment – £100.00

60-minute Follow-up Appointment – £100.00

30-minute Follow-up Appointment – £50.00

Package Options:

60-minute – 4 appointment package (5% discount) – £380.00

60-minute – 6 appointment package (8% discount) – £552.00

60-minute – 10 appointment package (12% discount) – £880.00

Direct Debit – We offer the option of paying for 10 and 15 appointment packages in installments via direct debit.
